Why does Kenan Thompson get so much airtime on SNL?
 

He is one of the least funny people on the cast, and usually does a horrible impression..

I think Andy Samberg has really saved the show. He's hilarious and it seems like a lot of the best recent clips like the digital shorts were his idea. Jay Pharoah is also pretty funny and always nails his character but he rarely gets much time.

It's a fucking shame they've given this fat piece of shit a shot. He's one of the most unfunny people who has ever been on the show. He needs to go back to Nickelodeon.

Yeah he was decently funny on Nickelodeon, when I was a kid. But he is horrible at this 'adult humor'.

Hotlink protection.. but anyways, he's not even funny.. regardless whether he is black or not.

I don't know... I like Kenan Thompson. I'm tired of his criminal / scared straight character and the James Brown-kinda character, whatever their names are, but some of his other stuff is ok.

I'm tired of Samburg. He has some truly funny shit, but when he flops he really flops, and his SNL Digital Shorts are getting pretty boring. 3 x Dick in a box movies? Really? YAWN.

Lol, the digital shorts are rarely a fail IMO. But most of the good ones take advantage of Justin Timberlake, who is almost always great in a sketch.

Kenan seems to get a lot of repeat sketches as if they're good or something? Like the whole "whats up with that" sketch.. it's hardly funny and rarely hilarious. But they keep running it?

Lorne Michaels should be put in an old folks home already. Next!

Lol, why change him out with someone else? They seem to be doing fine.. but I'm not sure how much his role in the show plays in what is shown on the show?

They do need another Chris Farley (R.I.P.) or someone who is rambunctious like that.

He's awesome...and He's made pals with Lorne... That is all.

Jay gets too much time indeed.

Fred Armisan is a comedic assassin, Kristin Wiig is awesome, Sudekis, Samberg, Hader, Moynihan...

Glad they got rid of Paul Britan, and Kilam is still learning the ropes.He better step it up, cuz he will be the next one to go.

A few weeks back when he did his impression of Cee Lo Green I thought it was pretty funny.
