no clue, but if its similar to trafficholder there should be a "personal blacklist (domain filter)" under the "buy traffic" tab :winkwink:

These domains are not in our system, we have a very strict monitoring team.

You do however have the option of blocking domains with a personal blacklist under "manage orders", "Blocking Filter".
