Rememebr not that long ago a bunch of you were doing prints.

Brother in law looking to get post friendly, 8.5x5.5 min thickness 0.18mm.

Can anyone do around $0.05 per print on an initial 50k order?

Vista print will only do max 20k order...

Why? Can't they do 3 orders of 20k, 20k and 10k? Why would someone refuse business?

I am not a print shop, but have a trusted source.
They do not accept anything explicitly adult (porn-ish).

Few questions come to mind:

Color or B/W
One or two sided
Exact weight of paper you want (ie. 20lbs, 80 lbs, 100 lbs)
Full bleed?
Cuts (based on design layout, how many cuts to they need to make)
When is it needed by?
Where does it need to be shipped?
