I make one of these threads every month or so. Some of you post some seriously inspiring stats. Let's see some good stuff; a month's worth or 6 months or year (even better!).

i likely have quite a different business approach than you. i don't use any affiliates, or any sort of 'program' - all traffic is generated in house, increasing profit margins substantially (no payouts what so ever). no trials either. there is more than one way to make money (obviously)...

i'm very happy with what my business model has done over the past 7 years.

anyway - talking to several people, i'd have to say doc's shit kicks ass (can you feel the understatement) :)

Reason I asked is more so because I ran stats for our main site which we had less signups than you this last year but we did about 1m more in revenue.

I knew you did not have webmasters to pay out and what not but I did the math to come up with a odd flat rate price. I figured that you either did or you had smaller cheaper paysites or pay scales.

Just seemed odd that the difference was so big.

You had 170k signups we had 140k but we did almost 1m more. We do use trials as well as having many different options for prices. Rebills was only 10k apart from each other. We produce more signups to us than our webmasters do, it's the only way to keep the big bucks commin in, the webmasters are just a bonus.

Mind posting the URL to your site? Would love to see whatcha got going.

BTW, if it's just you or very few staff then hell of a grats. Those are some damn fine numbers for sure for not having any webmasters at all.

Wish we stayed old school at times, then again webmasters keep things interesting :)

on the same signups if you did an extra mill, that awesome, but remember that i do not use any affilates *at all*. exactly ZERO, which keeps my profit margin enjoyably high. Of course there are also many other variables that make any two sites difficult to compare.

quiet, when and why did you decide to put your site in your sig? Most of us already knew, but you were always pretty "secretive" about it.

you are correct - i purchase very little traffic. it's becoming increasing difficult to purchase bulk traffic that converts (in my experience)...
