Thanks, Trent. |
Dear Trent
I'd throw his ass out in the street and to not come back until he gets my money back for the subscription. Sorry there is nothing I can do Sincerely Support |
Dear Trent,
I looked you up on facebook and it turns out you have no children. Regards, Support |

Tell him there is nothing you can do, but what he needs to do is install some filters on his computer so his (probably imaginary) kid cannot access adult sites.
Make him feel like a bad (imaginary) Dad. |
|
Refund the transaction. Why even ask?
|
Ahh yes... the old my kid signed up trick... used by guys that have zero limit left on their 800 dollar credit card limit...

Dear Trent,
we have forwarded this email to child services they will be taking care of this matter. Regards, Support |
Dear Trent,
Do you all use the same computer? I suggest cleaning the keyboard. Regards, Support ps' Take better care of your creditcard next time. |
Dear Trent.
As per Visa rules and regulations the card holder is responsible for any purchase made by someone in the household of the card holder. Your email is proof that your " Son " made the purchase, and admission by you. Therefore you are responsible. The account will be terminated but not refunded, if you chose to Charge back, we will simply give visa the admission by you that the charge came from your house and you will be refused the charge back and most likely will have the visa card cancelled. You might also want to think about putting some child protection systems on the computer before Child services shows up and accuses you of something. Best regards, and have a great year! Support. |
Well since he can chargeback, do the most logical thing and
Give a refund, just pray they didn't do a chargeback already and double hit you. Maybe start out saying the membership has been terminated. see if that will solve it, if not refund. |

dear trent, it was not your son but your daughter, while i have been banging her to her asshole
and btw, nice anal hole she have, same as your wife |
Based on the facts, it sounds like the son owes the father $24.95. On the other hand, because his email was so nice compared to people who accuse the webmaster of fraud etc., I'd want to do SOMETHING for them. Many people would have done a charge back. Few acknowledge the facts of the situation and inquire nicely about whether anything can be done. Maybe say I'll refund it after the son does something. Maybe say you'll refund it if the son calls you and apologizes for stealing or something along those lines.
If it wasn't a potentially underage son and a porn site, I'd give him the son task where he could earn the money back, but anyway I'd want it to cost him SOMETHING. |
Tell her to take him to a strip club.
|
Refund and block the IP.
|
this is why you just don't issue refunds like they are candy........ the follow up email correspondence.
