Mobile Redirect Code and Web Popunder

I think I want to start redirecting all my mobile traffic to one sponsor and also adding a pop-under to web browsing to help monetize better. Anyone have any idea what codes need to be used for this and where to place them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
