I had a customer spending over 5k a day for few days in a row, this was last year, no chargeback and I have customers spending $200 a day every day.

never had a whale chargeback. usually just some clown who blew 20 bucks.

About the Same here, our worst cb was about 2400$ but overall it's the smaller guys doing the cb.

Get used to it. Video chat is highly addictive. On our own system, its not unusual to see some customers spend $25k a year on their favourite model. Just make sure you have a few checks in place to protect yourself against credit card scams.

Is this the way you treat your customers? Really? Why don't you take a few minutes and send your customer a thank-you note instead of trashing him like this? You do realize that the adult industry is still viewed by some people in a bad light, right? Seriously...

Sac: Chances are that this is a good customer who had a really good time. You would do much better by sending him an email thanking him for his purchase and asking him to contact you he has any problems or questions, instead of making fun of him here. He spent alot of money and the last thing you want is for him to charge back.

i'm not trashing anyone. to think that people aren't up all night getting high and drunk and blowing money on cams is naive.

How do you people convert CAMS?

I have been trying to convert them for 3 years, sending thousands of quality uniques to different sponsors and no luck... WTF? Is there some kind of TRICK or what?

Those quality uniques would convert at 1:200 to 1:500 on any paysite.

What do you do to convert cams? At this point I think I will even pay or exchange quality mainstream information to get the SECRETS to convert cams...

It's just impossible. I can't believe some people convert them so easily.
