CCBILL, your interface stops loading constantly in firefox..

Same thing in Chrome. Doesn't always happen, but a lot.

The main screen loads, but the quickstats don't unless I refresh.

Classic layout(not Beta), Chrome 18.

always been like that in chrome and FF, they will recommend you use IE as its developed for that. I asked them some time back - I just hate using IE!

Yeah, when I talked to support about it, we keep doing this little dance:

CCBill support: Well, does it work in IE?
Me: Yes, but I don't use IE
CCBill support: Well, if it works with IE, I can recommend it and it's free to download!
Me: Thanks...

I could not even check stats today, wouldn't load at all in chrome.

can't you just get that IE tab thing for ff rather than having to use IE?

(works fine in safari for me, but just a thought)

Use IE just to check your stats for a minute or five. It's not that difficult to do. Otherwise, stop promoting sites that use CCBill. Fucking whiners.

Same issue in chrome I have to refresh over a dozen times for the stats to load

i have the same issue with ccbills 1990s interface. need to click 'lookup' 100 times before any data will load.

What's happening here? How is your software able to pull up stats any faster than Cave's own interface? 3-2-1... and then it doesn't work :1orglaugh

The problem is consistent through the whole CCBill admin. I have been pulling my hair out tonight just trying to do some basic tasks like adding and removing pricing options and also form admin. I'd have to click on 'show pricing options' in the sub account admin half a dozen times or more to get the corresponding screen to load. Same with trying to display all forms. I click and click and get a blank page of nothing!
I have to say that I'm considering drastic action to remove CCBill as our primary biller because the admin is so frustrating.
Even when things do load its all terribly slow.
Not a patch on Verotels admin cp!

I get it in IE too. I've sent them reports about it but they always say they can't replicate it.

That is the problem, they are not Displaying. HAHA

I'm using the beta version with Firefox 10.0.2 with no issues but as I recall the classic version of the new affiliate interface had some problems with an older version of Firefox.

Happens to me also, in Chrome, I have to refresh sometimes 10 times before it loads the stats :( :helpme :Oh crap

No point in me posting screenshots, exactly the same as the one above, report field is blank and happens on random reports, it will load if i keep trying to regenerate the report eventually, sometimes 1st time sometimes 20th - windows 7 ultimate / chrome 11.0.696.3

CCBILL please FIX your 1990s stats interface. The said problem is still NOT fixed and is FUCKING annoying

CCBill emailed me as a result of seeing my post on this thread so its nice to see that they are trying to be proactive in helping their clients.
However, I don't see how asking what version of Chrome I'm using and requesting I try other browsers is going to help them fix it.

Was working earlier today in FF, now at home in Chrome its not loading.
