Now as for the issue at hand...

I apologize things took so long, as you know when I started this job there was a lot of mess to clean up... the 3 stooges, as I like to call them sometimes The Dip Shits, Kelly, Joe and Burke, would just toss out promise after promise after promise and then not do shit about it... That's why they are all GONE... I always ask the client to send me all the emails they received from these asshats so I can read them and see what is going on... I have gotten so fucking pissed off reading some of them that I really want to beat the shit out of them... seriously...

The drives were returned, the tech has them and is reviewing the drives to confirm everything is in tact and that the content is not in use... I know you wouldn't do that, I trust you totally, but there are a lot of asshats out there who play that game... I was pretty shocked at how many people actually requested their money back and I found the content on their sites... so of course bad apples fuck it up for the good guys...

I promised you I would stay with you and I would get this resolved... I have a lot of clients that the 3 stooges just fucked in the ass and it's going to take time for me to resolve everyone's issues from over the past year, before I started, but I will take care of you...

I obviously work remote so the hard drives do not come to me, so it's not like I get them and I can check them out and then refund you the money... they go to the main office and then I make sure the tech does his job and lets me know what is going on...

Once he gives me the A-Okay you will get your full refund... I promise you that... I strongly believe in keeping clients happy because if YOU make money then I make money and I want to keep you around... I know over the past year the damage that has been done was so bad that it's going to be really really hard to get some of you back... but if you stick with me, I will always make sure you are taken care of, and be treated with nothing but respect... but like I said it's not something I can do over night... I do work remote... but I am in full contact with everyone and I make sure things get squared away...

Please hit me up on ICQ or Skype, and we can discuss this together and get it resolved ASAP... I have nothing but respect for you Marty and as I stated in our email conversation I will stick with this, and you, until it's resolved...

Refund or not, Loryn is stand-up. I don't know about the company she works for though. I've never dealt with them.

My comment was directed at you suggesting that she posts pictures of herself trying to get sales to cover the cost of refunds. I can guarantee you that is not the case.

Pretty sure she does sales because that's what she's paid to do. Posting pictures is a bonus.

What happens with the content and money after she does the sales is probably outside of her control.

Loryn, besides the reply in this thread communication from AFSC has stopped completely. I have sent numerous icq's and emails requesting the status without receiving a reply.

All the incomplete drives have been returned to AFSC for a month now (at additional cost to me). Explain again what the delay for the refund is? It's now been 4 months since the refund was promised and nothing.

Still not resolved. And sadly the only way to get replies is bumping this thread.

They are busy sending out their daily 30-40-50-100% discount spam...
