I have gotten so fucking pissed off reading some of them that I really want to beat the shit out of them... seriously... The drives were returned, the tech has them and is reviewing the drives to confirm everything is in tact and that the content is not in use... I know you wouldn't do that, I trust you totally, but there are a lot of asshats out there who play that game... I was pretty shocked at how many people actually requested their money back and I found the content on their sites... so of course bad apples fuck it up for the good guys... I promised you I would stay with you and I would get this resolved... I have a lot of clients that the 3 stooges just fucked in the ass and it's going to take time for me to resolve everyone's issues from over the past year, before I started, but I will take care of you... I obviously work remote so the hard drives do not come to me, so it's not like I get them and I can check them out and then refund you the money... they go to the main office and then I make sure the tech does his job and lets me know what is going on... Once he gives me the A-Okay you will get your full refund... I promise you that... I strongly believe in keeping clients happy because if YOU make money then I make money and I want to keep you around... I know over the past year the damage that has been done was so bad that it's going to be really really hard to get some of you back... but if you stick with me, I will always make sure you are taken care of, and be treated with nothing but respect... but like I said it's not something I can do over night... I do work remote... but I am in full contact with everyone and I make sure things get squared away... Please hit me up on ICQ or Skype, and we can discuss this together and get it resolved ASAP... I have nothing but respect for you Marty and as I stated in our email conversation I will stick with this, and you, until it's resolved... |
