i have tried
1.disable all plugins
2.change theme
any more suggestions?

have you upgraded it badly?

its a fresh install from 3 days ago

wordpress.org/support i'm sure you can get some bitchy wordpress troll to give you no advice there.

just done a fresh install and still does not work wtf

You have to give the flux capacitor a good whack.

it feels like that sometimes with wordpress

chmod 777 wp-media.php

then change it back

Open up a different browser and try opening it in there.

my bad i reinstalled wordpress on the wrong domain so i reinstalled it on the right domain and works perfectly fine

proper cunts. no advice, and they will lock the page and leave a snotty remark while someone else is in the middle of actually being helpful.

Export the database and reinstall everything if everything else fails, then import database and old settings. :thumbsup
