banana and bacon sandwiches
 
1. dice the bacon
2. cook until half done
3. slice banana in half and add face down into pan
4. cook until everything is brown and messy
5. make toast
6. add mess to toast and add slice of strong flavored cheese
7. grill until cheese is done
8. let it cool
9. devour

I like griddling bananas in the morning with syrup or sugar sprinkled over them. With bacon & cheese in a sandwich thought, wow, nice.
