Some corrupt OCR software changes the default font all over in my WINDOWS 7, what to do?

So, I installed a OCR program which didn't work.. I uninstalled it, but now my windows 7 looks all fucked up.. all the default text in firefox, IE etc uses a new font and I have no clue what happened..

Anyone?

press start, type font in the search, go to font settings, restore default?

not sure if it works but good luck!

Do what GFED recommended, if not

May be it will help, try to load last successful Windows configuration
