NATS Help
I have NATS setup now and did my first walk through. The call was about 2 hours and that was over whelming. I would like to see if someone out there is experienced in NATS that can spend about 30-60 min with me on the phone going over some basic stuff.

I can attest that everyone is on location. I can also attest that they are smarter than we are. So therefor it can be overwhelming especially if you are new to cascading software outside of using CCBILL type admins where everything is very linear.
I can also attest to the fact that NATS will sort everything out for you and change their way of doing things if you can show them a better way. Better can them one more time! |
I think I retained about 5% of what we went over in my walkthrough, If I did it again I would likely retain a lot more, it has been 3 years.
I wonder what TMM would charge for a second walkthrough? |
