Not sure, but there's a place in Google's Webmasters Tools for +1 info and how it affects search, but I don't have any sites with enough clicks to make a difference yet.

Just my :2 cents: but if you are going to do this I would refrain from posting my URL in a public forum asking for click exchanges. I know there has been a lot of debate about this on the SEO forums and I wouldn't lay it out there for Google to see like that...

Oh, whoops. I thought that was just for Adsense clicks and things that take money away from G directly (Even though they would make more money that way, just unhappy advertisers)..
