Fiverr - Need a logo, know a decent designer?
 

I need a logo that doesn't look like ubercrap, since it's $5 it doesn't have to look that awesome either but just something that I can show on my site without feeling ashamed.

Know any decent logo designers on Fiverr?

Hey FreeHugeMovies - I am not a graphics guy. We have members on our site who post for these types of jobs. Like the one Toplessgoat posted above. You can contact this member on our site and I am sure he'll give you some samples of ones he has done. Thanks.

Fiverr is great if you find a good deal...anyway you can expect this for that price!

How can any designer do a logo for $5? I'm sure it takes them more than an hour to design a logo so you're only making $5 an hour, go over an hour then its less. You would have to know exactly how the client wants it so you are not doing revisions and eating into your $5 an hour job. That just amazes me.

I highly doubt they spend a hour on it. Prob 15 mins max. They do 10 a day, that's 1500 a month. That's more than Fletch and 90% of the other "designers" here make.

If Fletch would be smart he would stop begging here for 10 dollar jobs and simply start selling gigs on Fiverr. He would double his income.
If only he was smart...

Hey lucas131 - give us a shot. If you need a logo, try the one Toplessgoat posted here yesterday. The guy has turned out some quality work and can get it done same day usually.

There is no way the are doing a decent, keyword decent, logo in 15 minutes. No client is going to let u off the hook for a 15 minute job. Even if u make two comps they are still going to want a 3rd one and then changes. No way that is taking less than an hour.

actually, some of the logo creation is automated... it really doesn't look that bad either

all you need to do is give some direction on what you are looking for or an idea of the business. I've seen some good product get turned out. If you don't believe me, give it a shot and see for your self. Lots of good people out there who can turn it around quickly.

I love fiver but for fun, nothing pro will ever come from that site.

I know a couple of people who have posted on our site, skinme5.com, because they are actually looking for full time jobs. It's given them a platform to post their skills, and demonstrate what they can do, so they have produced some good work.

My thoughts entirely. I suppose the difference between someone working at home & not an office, also with or without work :2 cents:

OK cool, I'm anxious to find out how good the work is. $5 goes a long ways in some countries.
