Is there an average "catch all" size for mobile videos?

Like 352 x 240 for example.

As everything, mobile is not one size fits all. The discussion will be between 320/480 widths and as tablets come more into play it will make mobile even further divisionary as building for cross browser platforms. 320 is safe.

Thanks Fletch. Just looking for the best middle ground size for iPhone and Android devices. I want to offer something but I don't believe mobile is to the point yet where I need to go balls out with it and please all users.

The thing I don't understand about tablets is, why they would surf a mobile version when they could have the main site and be fine.
