Payoneer Maintenance fee January 2012

Payoneer Maintenance fee January 2012 $4.00
WTF : $4 as monthly maintenance fee??? I think i will stop using payoneer.

V_RocKs 02-29-2012 02:53 AM

I think that happens only if you don't use it.

adultforum 02-29-2012 06:26 AM

And if i use it, the fee is it lower?

Fletch XXX 02-29-2012 06:28 AM

I dont use them havent ever had a client say they only have that so never bothered. Maintenance for what

adultforum 02-29-2012 08:15 AM

Maintenance for doing nothing :(

BIGTYMER 02-29-2012 08:49 AM

You'd drop them over $4?

Bank of America even charges me a maintenance fee on my business accounts.

If you do at least 5 transactions per month the fee should be lower.

Nissim-Payoneer 02-29-2012 09:24 AM

Hey,

The exact amount of monthly fees may vary, depending on the program you signed up with. You can see a full list of pricing and fees specific to your account by signing into your Payoneer account online.

For most programs, cardholders who have more than a certain amount of transactions in any given month are charged a lower monthly fee for the month following.

If you don't have a balance on the card for any given month, you aren't charged a monthly fee for that month.

I've been waiting for these guys to fix an issue I'm having with them for over a week now and all I keep getting is promises and no action at all.
Not impressed with Payoneer at all.

adultchatpay 03-01-2012 09:42 AM

Nothing in this world is free.

Also keep in mind that, while you're charged a monthly fee, there is no annual fee for the card.

Markul 03-01-2012 02:36 PM

Wtf @ random fees... Based on the program I originally signed up through..? Cant even remember who that was.

Absolutely not, when your card reaches the expiration date, a new one will be ordered free of charge.

Big fucking deal. Payoneer really take the piss with charges. I got a payment last week, clicked on the slow load option, but it still went for the instant load and charged me $5 (MAYYYYYBE I clicked instant load on the second confirmation page, but I'm pretty sure I didn't), even though my account fee's say a instant load is $3.

Bought a plane ticket, paid for my hosting and topped up my enom account and got charged extra by Payoneer for every transaction - even though my account fee's say there's no charge for making a transaction.

Don't think I'll be using them again.

Nissim-Payoneer 03-02-2012 03:58 PM

@thunder99: I'd be happy to check your account in regards to the loading fee issue, if you could contact me with the e-mail address on your Payoneer account.
