http://back-off-bitch.net/index.shtml points to a 209.xxx.xx.xxx number.

And then 5 minutes later they both point to the 209 number. then 5 minutes after its back to first described.

sounds like you're just in dns propogation limbo. when did you update your nameservers? 1-2 days ago?
