You don't need anybody to create one for you. The best popunder I've ever used was a generic page with screen caps of sites that highlighted the trial price. Rotated them in OpenX (with weighting for best performers) so that it always looked fresh for bookmarkers.

I use WatchMyGF tour in some popups/unders and have been doing 1:5000-1:7000 for the last couple of years. :2 cents:
