I leave Friday and arrive in Barca Saturday if anyone is up for meeting early. I REALLY want to check out the giant Gothic cemetery you see when you're going from the airport to the city.

Otherwise, we can just meet up and have a beer!

I get in Sunday afternoon. I was thinking of checking out the Online Dating Summit. There is also a Barcelona FC game on Sunday.

Me Axel and Fred will be there from Thursday this week.

barca is short for the football team not the city, you would say baña and if you really want to impress the people here don't say Buenos días as that is Spanish and not Catalan.

whats the deal with catalan? is it a spanish dialect or completely difference language? everyone so far (near la ramblas anyway) seems to speak english ... handy... think theres only been once since i arrived that i tried to order something and they understood nothing

different language, but basically spanish with some french mixed in
