hey namecheap, you care a piss about spammers, dont ya?

either that or the guys reading legal/abuse tickets dont understand :( the point is, some fuckhead has a bunch of domains on YOUR servers (according to whois.sc records) and sends spam promoting those sites DAILY  now, instead of helping fight the spammer your support geeks gab about
Code:

Thank you for the report about www.domaininquestion.info domain.
This domain is indeed registered with Namecheap. At the moment of writing
www.domaininquestion.info is using free Email Forwarding service and it is
technically impossible to send emails from the domain name that uses free
Forwarding service.

Please note that eforward1.registrar-servers.com is email forwarding server
that is used by our customers solely for this purpose. We are not responsible
for emails that are being sent through it as we do not provide SMTP access
to our customers. Hope you understand.

no, I DONT UNDERSTAND! you host spammers domains and care a piss, right? listen, from the mails i receive i assume that guy is GERMAN and in germany its strictly forbidden to send such mails ... ok, he doesnt use YOUR mailserver but still, why do you backup such assholes? gimme the customers name so i can file a lawsuit to fuck this spammer in the arse :warning

Where are you getting the domain name from? Is it the "source" of the emails (ie, the sending address - which can easily be faked) or the site that is being spammed?

Klen 02-26-2012 06:28 AM

Send a return mail to their address and maybe then they will react :)

i am not after namecheap but their german customer ... if i get his name he will sweat blood and tears hehe

rowan 02-26-2012 03:51 PM

Looks like this customer is using namecheap's URL redirection, which would fall under their control. Maybe mention that to them.

Not sure why customer service is talking about emails and SMTP.

sandman! 02-26-2012 03:55 PM

some people just get too worked up about spam.
