Dwolla doesn't seem to have the same regulations for Merchants, adult friendly, so it's closer to being a cash business? The video explains how it could be considered "the credit card killer."

25 cent transfers and no chargebacks sounds great.

I can see them shunting adult though.

I suppose it's possible they'll shun adult in the future, but for now it seems adult friendly.

That's a symptom of the way BitCoins work and not Dwolla. In the case of fraud and a reversal, someone's out money and the banks and merchants deal with the dispute with one side losing.

I blame tradehill. They should have known that dealing with bitcoins would attract scammers and they should have gotten it in writing from Dwolla that chargebacks are not their responsibility.

We'll see what the courts say anyway...

Tradehill is no more, and MtGox is still working with Dwolla.
