Page views are a meaningless stat by themselves. The more important stat is traffic productivity, which is average page views per visitor.
For example... If you have 1 visitor that views 1000 pages, you still only have 1 visitor.
Now, I'd do a few things with your blog that would improve traffic and productivity. First of all it doesn't appear you've got any trades going. I would utilize a 2 or 3 column template to make that happen, putting your trades in the blogroll of Wordpress or some such CMS.
The other thing I noticed is that although you're maximizing productivity within your own site, you're really fucking yourself in terms of encouraging your surfers to leave your site. After all, you want to make money... right? These guys need to click through to the money sites you're promoting. Each porn star only has a title above them, but that link has no 'call to action'. It needs to say something along the lines of "See the Emma Butt gallery..." or they simply won't click.
Also... I would daisy chain your pages together via next and back buttons below the images, but if you want to generate maximum CTR you should be linking the affiliate programs from the photos.
