I'm negotiating with someone selling 8000 email database of individuals who have bought viagra/ cialis from an online drug store. What is something like this worth?

It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay.
You should see if they are OPT IN emails or you could burn for spamming them.

I have 150k email list and its for sale this all for adult!

I once did a mailing to ex members of a paysite for another paysite, same niche. Converted 1:12, made alot of money from it. If i'm correct setting a price for a list had a formula back in those days - something like 9% of the recievers click the link, and 12% of those people signup so with 8000 recievers that is 86,4 expected signup ratio if you keep it very niche based - that way you can calculate what it's worth to you.

Its value is 0 cents, as it would be illegal afaik.
