Anybody Using Sugar CRM Community Edition?

I just installed the community edition on my server.

I am starting to have a lot of mainstream customers and need a CRM.

Anybody using it?

Looks easy to use if you set it up right.

We use it on one of our mainstream sites. I dont really have much to do with it but know it is great for people cold calling and that the email it in can screw up on a regular basis.

I'm using it to manage my current customers and leads.

There is a plugin to also send them an email when it is there birthday.

I want to take my company to the next level and having a CRM like this is a must.

I should have been using this software years ago.
