I had a Kava Kava overdose yesterday
 

that thing is supposed to relax you. well i took 4 capsules x 400mg.

my body went numb and i almost couldnt move. great feeling though - it does get you relaxed.

I thought kava kava was too weak to help someone with high anxiety

Boiled it for 15 minnutes. Damn, that thing is so foul, i couldnt finish the glass. and when i fibaly did, good thing the bathroom was near. The vomiting was heavy :1orglaugh

hahah no it wont. they didnt come up with any proof.
they say that 40 aborigines (sp?) had some liver desease because they were drinking Kava beer. Bullshit, they didnt prove - they had liver desease because they were eating grass and tree roots (these aborigines didnt have good food)


And there were medical studies that proved Kava non toxic at all.

Itried to OD on it when i was in fiji one time..i bought a kilo of it for like 7 dollars or something and took a big plastic cup and mixed water in...didnt do shit except make my mouth numb..drank it until i felt ill...nothing else
