By verticle in this case i mean in the 'upwards toward her head sense', not strictly in the x/y sense. Formula would have to be implemented frame by frame to calculate a video. After running this statistically through a control group of videos, and averaging out the results on the 95th percentile we'd get our gay percentage...

Scratch that, that's actually wrong. That will actually get you the straight % per image but you can't say that if a particular frame is 25% straight then it's 75% gay, because you cannot call the whitespace around said ladyboy as gay...

Most always for the guys. On a rare occasion because of both, and even rarer if I like the girl. It also depends on the video and the mood, but I do find it a turn off if the girl is faking it or if either just seem like they're going trough the motions just because.
