ReliableHosting.com --> Anyone using them? How to make their support reply?
 

Maybe I got used to the support quality of MojoHost where most of my stuff is hosted.. but dudes, they are not even replying to a normal ticket in 48 hours... Is there a magic word or secret sign I should use?

I used to use them and suppot was usually pretty good. I had some issues but support was not one. Contact the president (Phil). He is usually in Thailand so not sure best times.

To be honest there's not too much hope I will stay with them.. Actually a Miracle has to happen..

When I have to chase them about urgent tickets they mod to 'medium' importance w/o asking me or replying at all: not something I want two times.

There are times when I have to wait more than I would to with MojoHost too, but nothing similar happened to me with them since I am with them and in urgent cases like this was I NEVER felt alone and ignored.. :2 cents:

Thanks a lot, but we just added all these domains to hostedtube.com ...
I'll decide later about their future, some will be WP blogs for sure.
And what is sure too that I will stay with Mojo and besides whitelabel sites they will host all my stuff. I regret big time I haven't made this step earlier..

I have never had this kind of problem with Cyberwurx and I get 100's of dedicated IPs from them. Price, quality, support.. unmatched!
