the wp tube is very easy to learn. there are simple plugins that upload videos from a sponsor csv or a plugin that pulls vids from the big sites. i use the sponsor one and it is very simple to figure, never used the other.

Yes it is. And if you are willing to spend little money, buy Tubepress made by Sebrosen (gfy member). Just do a search for "tubepress" here at gfy, great solution and very easy to handle.
