I think those banners are submitted by the webmaster.

(Eventhough I live in seattle, let me preface this by saying - I do not work for - nor have i ever worked for sextracker)

With that said - Sextracker can't possibly control what 20-40k webmasters have on their sites, written on their banners, or as search descriptions - with out going through and looking at each and every one of those 40k listed sites.
