Hmmm, it looks interesting.

This is the first I've heard they're re-making this piece of poop.

They're really dragging the bottom of the barrel in unnecessary remakes now. Horrible IP to begin with. Didn't justify the first movie let alone another one.

I guess it is better than new takes on old TV shows like they were doing for a while, like Dukes of Hazzard, Starsky & Hutch, etc.

I highly doubt it's a remake (ie same storyline), just as I wouldn't call the Edward Norton Hulk movie a remake of the one starring Eric Bana.

I've heard that Dredd never removes his helmet in this one, which is keeping with the comic. In the comic, Dredd doesn't really have an alter-ego or life outside of being a Judge.

I don't like superhero movies. Even the Batman movies.
