Not sure but a mainstream blog that I run for a friend gets about 25% of it's traffic from there over the past month.

I'm not sure how it could be monetized well for porn. It is a really dominantly female readership with attention on organization/twee things. I don't even know if softer non-nude/non-sexual images would do well there... I'd love to hear otherwise, because I use Pinterest in my personal life for my design nerdiness.
