I am looking for hosts that have cheap hosting where I can host 10-15 WP blogs. Would love it if they also offer a couple of IPs as well.

For a virtual plan I can recommend Hostgator, Hawkhost or Webair.

All set at Hostgator. Now I remember why I don´t miss cheap hosting :1orglaugh Slooooooooow! But, that is ok. All I want is backlinks, so... Started working on the first domain - http://boobslog.com/ Will add about 10 more big tit blogs there, then move on.
