Is there a feature to see what members are currently online, and what user name they are logged in under?

AWstats will solve half of that..
and Proxypass the other..

will tell me who is currently logged in?

No, that's a different member management feature. Ask them and they'll recommend you someone that'll add that..

Elevated X doesn't have that feature, you'll have to have someone write a special script for you to have that special feature. You can probably hire someone on the cheap at sites like odesk.com or elance.com.
