Think about whether you neighbor will let you sacrifice the chicken or not. Many efforts can be made to increase sales.

Paysites have been doing well this month, content sales except for a blow out not so good.

Megaupload was cannibalizing traffic, now that they are gone others will have a little spike but nowhere near the levels they use to have.

also a lot more links pointing to dead files out there, surfers have to click 3 or 4 before finding a live one boosting alexa rankings.

Sure maybe some websites, but I have seen many that were very quick to change out the links to working ones and now they're adding more mirror links.
