Owners/Partners Needed For My Tube
 

I started a tube site a few months back thinking I would be able to do everything myself part time and found out fast that it's not possible being that my offline business consumes all of my time. Even though I havent earned any green from it yet I don't want to get rid of it and am considering it more as a hobby at the moment. I am new to the adult industry and online business in general but of course that's not gonna stop me from trying to make a few bucks=).

What I'm looking for is one or a few partners to team up with and try to make something out of this tube I have built. Ideally my partner(s) would be experienced in one or more of the key areas like programming, design, server management, site/content management, traffic management, and most importantly SEO.

As for the site, its basically complete and fully functional but there are a few tweaks I have to make to the design that I think will help. Below are some details.

Script: AdultScriptPro
Traffic: Was a steady 500-600/day, this month it's down to 300-400/day
Content: All content is uploaded by me through sponsor CSV import or XML feed. User uploads are prohibited. All content is legit, straight from sponsors.
Income: None (I have like $5 in juicy filler ad revenue..lol)
Income Potential
Ads: Footer ad space on all pages controlled through script, juicy ads on video pages (currently 4 ads but I plan on changing to 3 ads. Affiliate banner ads/text ads.
Cam: White label cam site (webcamwiz) also testing out chaturbates
Store: White label sex toy store

Server cost: $200/month
SEO: I have not done much, but do have a handful of back links, site is submitted to google and yahoo with something like 14000 pages indexed according to google.

$200 a month for 300-400 UV a day? You shouldn't promote your site, if you get a few 1000 uv a day you go bankrupt :disgust

More traffic more bandwidth usage. More bandwidth usage more money you need to spend. Down the pyramid that leads to shutting down shop. Understand?

Understood...I have 100mbps dedicated unmetered right now which is a flat monthly fee...when my site starts so slow down due to x number of visitors is when I will have to upgrade...correct? 100mbps should be able to handle more than 400 visitors a day right???

it should be but for $200 you can get shared 100mpbs line that can get 100mbps theoretically or in peaks but not full time...

but should be able to handle few thousand visitors per day, especially with those short clips...
