if you have content related adult sites linking to your mainstream. Can that get you banned from adsense perhaps?

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh this is actually how I first started. had some mainstream humor sites and would post ND ads. Got a few sales from it, but this is back in 2001.

learned it was much easier to convert people who are looking for porn to sell them porn, rather than funny images

For obvious reasons, it`s a big no no having any explicit creatives on a mainstream site what with the audience type. Some years ago, we had some fairly large entertainment type sites and used to run sexy (but not hardcore) banners that pointed to some custom landing type pages (again nothing hardcore on them) but with links that pointed to multi-site pass paysites and they converted very well.

had a mainstreamish guy send me traffic for awhile the sales he could send were crazy. made me think that maybe ratios and sales aren't really that bad just the average porn consumer is burnt out and jaded.
