The domain thepiratebay.org now gone
After the court case against the founders of The Pirate Bay was concluded today, the operators of the site quickly moved to change their domain name from .ORG to the Swedish .SE.

You can only run for so long.

Hide yo' kids hide yo' wife. www.thepiratebayse.cx

My ISP is blocking that one too since they lost the courtcase against Brein.
|
How long till the Swedish start cracking down, I wonder? With Team America (tm) knocking on your door, you can't really yell "hang on, just a minute!" for more than a few seconds before it gets knocked down.

Didn't they just recognize stealing as a form of religious expression in that ass backwards country?

this shit coming to real, when will illegal tubes come on track?
|
.com and .org just redirect to .se do they think this will save them?
|
Wierd choice of a "safe" domain name extension - they just lost their court battle in Sweden, and yet that's where they're moving. Can anyone explain this?
|
who uses the pirate bay anyway? I thought most serious sharers had moved onto private and niche torrent sites? Most torrents i've seen on the bay are fake, virus-filled or had no seeds.
|
They have plenty of well seeded torrents at TPB. Our full site rips can be downloaded from there np. For some rare stuff maybe some torrents are not seeded well enough because tbp is a public torrent. But most of the popular files are available without a hitch.
