Speaking to Jay Leno last night on The Tonight Show, Madonna explained why she suddenly leapt to the floor in such a... er, sexual way.

"Here's what happened," said Madge. "I was standing at the top of a wedding cake, as one does, and I walked down these steps, which were the tiers of a wedding cake. And I lost my shoe. I lost my white stiletto. And I thought, 'Oh god, how am I gonna get that? It's over there and I'm on TV.'

"So I thought well, I'll just pretend I meant to do this and I dove on to the floor and I rolled around and I reached for the shoe," she continued. "And as I reached for the show, the dress went up. And the underpants were showing.... I didn't mean to."

She must have started having Alzheimer's. And how much silicone gunk was injected on her face before she made that appearance?

It looks like the shoes were already sitting there waiting for her. But she did have to get down on the floor to put them on. You can kind of see her doing something while the camera is pointing at her upper body.

She sure was purty back then, I will let the foggy recollection slide.
