That was a good interview actually. Not that Larry King would ask a tough question though.

good question. what does the constitution say on this issue.
i thought that sitting presidents were only barred from seeking a third 'consecutive' term.....

does it say anything about a former president running for election for a third or fourth 'nonconsecutive' term?

Connor 02-07-2003 09:46 AM

Or... perhaps Bill could be selected as VP when his wife runs for President, which we all suspect will eventually happen. Can you imagine the family squabbles that would take place in the White House if they won? Hehe...

That is my understanding of it as well.

Hey, wait a minute... you're in Canada?!? They have some pretty good schooling there for you to know this because I didn't even learn if you guys had a government in my school.:1orglaugh

Nope. Two terms.

Yes two terms, but you can serve a total of 10 years as president.

For instance if the pres croaked 2 years into his term, the VP could serve the remaining 2 years and still run twice.
If the pres dies 1 year into the term, then the VP can only run once.

the concert was pretty good but i'm not the best judge. I know all of their big songs but don't own any of their albums. Hence when they played a couple of songs i didn't know, it was a little boring for me... But its hard to complain about getting in for free though :Graucho

The Stones Concert was awesome! I had never seen them before and didn't have a ticket so I had to buy one from an entrepreneur outside.

Can't beleive they still pull this gig off so well. -- Sound in the Staples center was not great (echo's upon echo's) but the band stounded really good and kept the energy going.

Glad I finally got to see them.
