    Recently upgraded my Internet, HOLY SHIT!!!!

    Just take a look at these numbers, these aren't even fibbed!
    Truth is that this is the universities speed and I'm here on a Friday night finishing up some work. Hardly anyone is here on a Friday night so I've got free reign to the network. Pretty impressive for using tubesubmitter I would say.

          I could get that at home with Comcast now for about $200 a month

                  This is free, but as an engineering student I do have hefty fines. I think here at the University they cap you off daily when you hit around 30GB though.
                  My ISP at home is mediacom and downs at about 16-20 Mbps. I've downloaded over 1TB no problem with them. My only complaint about mediacom is that they shut off 4-6 hours a day (usually at night) but that's why I'm here right now typing this is because the damn internet won't work.

                          At my office, I get 35 up and down.

                          I though that was fast.

                                                  I had a 300 baud dial-up modem once. When I finally upgraded to 1200 baud I thought it was so fast that I could;t imagine having or wanting anything faster. The good ol' days..!

                                                                                              This is the Universities connection, I don't know specifically if the ISP is it's own ISP. I do know that you get an email if you use a lot of bandwidth. I've uploaded 20GB at a time with it but after about 30GB in a period of a couple days they send out an email.

                                                                                              I'm not even sure if they cut off your internet after a set amount but I'll have to spend some portion of fridays using bandwidth intensive applications because of these speeds.
