I had multiple servers with them for a few years. If things went down, it was usually my fault. Never had any issues with their network.

Been with them over 2 years, have 5 unmanaged servers, 1 server went down once and they had the router replaced in about 10 minutes :thumbsup

It might be an isolated issue. We have some boxes with them and we have not had any downtime at all in over 8 months.

13 Months with them, Dallas datacenter, nice little server been just fine for me.
