adding a url to mpegs?

i have a bunch of 60 second mpegs i wanna overlay our url on... i can do this if convert them to wmv, but everyone wants mpg... what program can do this? im coming up empty when i search

Hi,

Are you guys aware of software that would:

-pop up a console after a 10 second mpeg file is watched completely
-where the console url could be defined in the software
-that could edit an existing mpeg file itself, not an html imbedded page..

You can do this with WMV files, you gotta fuck with the scripting from within windows media encoder....I don't think it's possible to do this with mpegs.
