Answer me this about American (U.S.A) politics

I have been watching the Republican thingie with a small amount of interest. Where we have four old millionaire codgers saying they want to take on the brown chap later this year.

Now, is the following correct. Is this what is suppose to be happening.

These four old farts stand around accusing each other of not paying tax, losing peoples jobs. Not being able to run a state, not to be trusted, liars and men who like nothing more than shagging behind their wives backs. To sum up generally being laying useless not to be trusted idiots.

Then, after one of these old duffers has been picked. Will they then, as they are all on the same side, be saying that the person who last week they said was a useless lying idiot is now in fact the best person to run for the job of running the country?

Yes. Silly, isn't it? But it's pretty much the same in quite a few countries for the politicians that are running to see who will represent their party in a general election.... Once that process is done, they rally around, saying "at least our guy is better than the other party". Same thing happened when Hillary Clinton was running against Obama in the Democrat primary.

...and what's with the "brown chap" stuff? Are you a racist?

:2 cents:.
