Money Bookers ?
 

Money Bookers - seems like it's something like PayPal, anyone here using it?
if yes, do you recommend them?

I have an account but haven't used them yet.....they require scanned or faxed proof of identity right out of the gate and takes about a week before your account is validated...but they accept far more countries than paypal does. They're going up as my secondary form of payment my webmasters can make if they can't/won't use paypal.
