Is this Real? Spy on Cell Phones?
 

Now I understand if A person has access and puts the software on the Target Phone.

BUT this is where I call Bullshit, that it does NOT have to be on target phone, youjust have to call them.

I told a freind that I would ask, just in case tehre was such security flaws..

So Do I, but never hurts to ask. Some things I have called BS on before, have been real. This just goes against all logic. I mean if the person had to set a specific phone with a known security hole, then I could see it. But yeah here is another quote from the FAQ

On a semi-related note, NPR today reported that the Supreme Court struck down gps bugging of vehicles without a warrant...but chillingly enough they stated, that in 2012 once you leave the house, you are fair game...pretty f'ing scary.

Just in case it's at ALL useful in any way at all, I'd like to know what you find out.

For example there are several companies offering a "cell phone tracker / locator" service. You pay your $20 and a little while later you're notified of the location. Here's how they work. After you submit your query with the target's name and phone number, the company dials the number and says "Hey Jenny. Where you at?" A good percentage of the time the confused recipient of the call replies "I'm at work, who is this?" There's your location - Jenny is at work. It's kind of silly, but it's interesting to know what they do.

Sure, this can and does work. I use a version offered by my cell phone company to track my children. Gives me a general area they are in from the pings of cell phone tower. I also understand how google latitude works.

The problem I have with this program a freind of mine purchased is it says all the Files it can "get" without even being on the target phone. LOL. I can only imagine this if the phones are Bluetooth paired. Then I am only aware of sharing photos and stuff. Not text messages... Anyway I call Bogus
