Just curious, based on his charges, what is the minimum and maximum sentence if guilty on all?
:pimp |

|
Fuck off simpleton. First they have to extradite his fat ass to US.

I'd hate to have my right of freedom, in bed at certain times, not able to relax & say what you want where you want without a possible arguement... ahh that's gfy. But the rest still stands :2 cents: |

You have a difficult time understanding what people are asking or saying. I don't give a fuck if they extradite him or not, my question was about what is the min/max he could face based on the charges they brought against him. I did not ask if they would be able to successfully prosecute him. I really hope I get called Pipo tonight but this faggot, really hurts me to the core. Fuck off. |

The guys a fucking crook max but from reading about him he's obviously very bright, large and imposing at 6'7'' towers over my 6'2'' frame, and a very savvy business man. He seems like a fun guy too. Like anything if you read this is a pattern of behavior, he got caught when he was young for flashing his gig online of selling pirated software on a local media outlet... BAM they got him. Same thing here, granted the investigation probably started long before the megaupload video etc, but that probably instigated and aggravated several people into action and expedited some things. The guy is an opportunist. I'm too sloppy to be a sociopath and an opportunist as I still have a conscience and I'm pretty good at leaving evidence trails. :winkwink: |
Found it, up to 55 years.
Not bad. |

The same thing every defendant offers - a guilty plea. Courts can be unpredictable and the trial would certainly be expensive, so the prosecution would like to avoid that by making a plea deal. Considering I go nuts spending two HOURS sitting at the DMV, if they actually serve two to five years that seems like a long time. I found it interesting that they deleted any files that didn't get a enough downloads. They pretty much eliminates any argument that the service even COULD be used for backup, accessing your legally purchased content from another service, etc. Since any file that didn't get traffic got deleted, the service would pretty much be useful only for popular media. |

Don't get me wrong, I've know & knocked about with the 'wrong type of people'... But, personally, I'd rather have nothing than put me or my family in that kind of behaviour, especially now, growing up & wanting to work for every penny... how ever it comes, but a true honest penny. Quote:
At present, We're wondering whether to use a mobile van that's loved to be used around the London areas for gloryhole extreme meets, or to use our studio, with either the bathroom or studio location for our next gloryhole scenes? they got him on RICO charges.
he's looking at a lot of time. |
Where he is truly screwed is that this is likely to be a case where the government is trying to set precedent. Plea bargains and settlements do not have the lasting impact on case law that a trial judgement will have. This case was handpicked as on the government is sure it can win and they will likely take it all the way to tril to get the case law established as a tool to be used in future anti piracy actions against other entities.

I was just looking some stuff up and it looks like the average person convicted of racketeering serves around 48 months in the federal pen. Since it is federal time they will likely serve all or just about all of it.
It that is still accurate (the numbers were from a few years ago) would bet if convicted of all charges he will get somewhere between 4-8 years in the fed and be hit with massive fines. |
72 years if he doesn't sign up for Premium sentencing. If he does choose to upgrade, he could be out in less than a year.
|
house arrest. they took his cars so he can't go anywhere anyway.
|
When he will be convicted in the US probably he will do his time in Germany
|
he once got arrested in Thailand and made a pretty desparate phone call cause they put him in a cell with 30 people. he had to bribe the guards and the director to make that phone call. so it's not the first time he got himself into deep shit
