Looking for designer/coder for joomla project
 

I am looking for a designer more than anything.
But prefer you to have skills to remove things and move things around to make it all come together nicely.
This is a mainstream project. Will be paid with Paypal Only.
The project will be done in Joomla so please have some idea of how Joomla works.
