Hi Guys,

My company IPE is expanding and we are looking for some new staff. We primarily deal in adult toon websites like kirtu.com.

The position is remote based. Some details below

Designation: Traffic Guy

Payout:
- 500$ a month
- Performance based bonus starting after 3 months
Note: Our company culture is based on sharing profits among employees in the form of bonuses as above. A lot of the team members make more in bonuses than their initial starting salary. So if you are a go-getter who can work independently and get results than this is a job that will make sure you are compensated more than fairly for your work.

Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Traffic Promotion : Gallery submission, promotion of the free toon to free site owners
- Press Co-ordination : to get us coverage in mainstream media
- Social Co-ordination : for FB, etc
- Weekly reporting

Skills / Requirements
- Excellent Communication ability
- Comfortable with social media
- Independent worker ? can research and execute with minimum supervision and input
- Extremely Organized

500 dollar per month seems extremely low for all the work you have to do

Here is the thing, For the right candidate we are willing to work out a generous performance based bonus scheme. The 500$ is only the base salary - what we are looking for is someone with confidence in his capabilities to perform.
