how many trader´s ??

I was wondering how many traders I need to get a stabel traffic on my site, I have a TGP/CJ2 site, the prod% is very high and I am sending over 200% back to the traders, I get a lot of bookmark, Right now I have 20 traders, but the problem is that send to many hits to these traders, If i sign up for let say 10 new traders and send each one 50 hit I only get hit back for 2 or 3 of thee new traders, and maby only a few hit, I dont want to send all that traffic and not get anythng back, is there a place to find good traders or how do I find them,
